ABOUT CDVC
Local people helping local people.
What began as a Meals on Wheels service has evolved into a range of practical and social services for residents and community groups.
We support a wide range of people, particularly those who are older, disabled or infirm, as well as local sports clubs, art groups, lunch clubs and organisations with similar aims.
Our services are coordinated by a small staff team and supported by a large number of volunteers. Governance is provided by an experienced Board of Trustees.
Our aim is simple.
To help make local life easier by providing useful, community-focused services where they are needed.

Community transport helping local people and groups stay connected.

Supporting opportunities to meet others and take part in community life.
Lunch clubs
Bringing people together through welcoming local lunch clubs.

Weekly shopping transport for people who have difficulty using public transport.
Medical Car
Medical Cars for CD Surgery registered patients.
